Our
Story
The A Voice For Mikey Autism Foundation, was founded by parents Michael Intoccia and Marilyn Zambrzycki in honor of their autistic son, Mikey. Mikey, who is now 6 years old, was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2.
While autism can manifest in many ways, Mikey's autism is defined by speech apraxia and being non-verbal. This significantly impacts his ability to communicate and engage socially, amongst other challenges.
Since his diagnosis, Mikey and his family have been blessed to have access to all of the avenues available to assist in his developmental growth. They continually meet parents who struggle to afford the therapies, treatments, and opportunities that crucially benefit children like Mikey.
To address this tremendous need of support, The A Voice For Mikey Autism Foundation has proudly partnered with the San Gennaro North End Feast to raise funds to provide vital therapies, education and physical care tools to families in need.
On September 3, 2025 the Cape Club of Sharon Golf Course will proudly host the 1st Annual A Voice for Mikey Autism Foundation Gala where 100% of the money raised will go to directly support struggling families of autistic children.
This amazing Gala promises to be an exciting evening of entertainment, food, and exceptional individuals coming together for such an important cause.

The San Gennaro Feast of the North End celebrates
the patron and protector of Naples, San Gennaro.

Every year in September, merchants and visitors of the North End gather to celebrate with food, music and a procession of San Gennaro’s statue, which was blessed by Pope Francis.
This year, the San Gennaro Feast has partnered with Michael Francis Intoccia and his A Voice for Mikey for Autism Foundation to raise money to benefit families of autistic children that need financial assistance to purchase items that will help their development.
